As Education Minister, Osborne released the annual update. The provincial government reported $42 million invested since 2018, 80% of actions complete or substantially underway, and nearly 400 additional teachers and support staff.
Health · 2023
As Health Minister, he announced the start of planning work following a provincial contract award, with stakeholder input and work building on Health Accord NL.
Community care · 2023
As Health Minister, he announced the provincial government’s $900,000 grant program, with application-based grants of up to $75,000 per home for accessibility improvements.
Family mental health · 2024
As Health Minister, he announced $500,000 in provincial support to expand Strongest Families Institute programs for children and youth. The Institute delivers the programs.
